MaintFolio checks NHTSA and CPSC recall data against the items in your portfolio with a make and model recorded, and flags anything that looks like a match for you to confirm.
Recall matching is in beta, and needs the item's make and model number recorded. We flag possible matches based on the make, model and year you've entered — we can't confirm a recall applies to your exact unit. Always confirm with the manufacturer, and don't rely on MaintFolio as your only source for safety recalls.

Can I share with my spouse?+
Yes. Invite them as a household member and they get full access to your Personal portfolio — they can add, edit and complete anything, and they get their own copies of your reminder emails. Anything they add belongs to your portfolio and counts against your storage, and stays with you if you remove them. One thing worth knowing: while they have access they can export your portfolio, including your files, and an export they've taken stays theirs.
