What happens if a client removes me as their pro?+
Clients can unlink a sponsored pro from their side at any time. When they do, your Provided By card is hidden from their view, but your originator record is preserved so historical attribution and reports on your side stay intact.
Do I stay attached to the client after they claim their portfolio?+
Yes. Ownership transfers to the homeowner when they claim the gift, but the originator link on each asset persists — your branding stays on the Provided By card and Preferred Pro contact unless the client explicitly removes you.
